I'm 40 yrs old have been totally incontinent for past 4 yrs started with urge then got worse due to nerve damage then they stopped working altogether people don't realise what a pain it is and how embarrassing it is I can't change it and will be incontinent till I die . I've learnt to tell people straight away so I'm not hiding anything but really find it hard to find a partner who can cope with the constant use of slips .
